Designed for roofs with good sun exposure throughout the day, the AB-4523A model series fans feature an adjustable 45 watt unit mounted solar panel and self-flashing fan base for easy installation on roofs with composite shingles, cedar shake, flat concrete tiles, or other low profile roofing materials. Engineered with Attic Breeze UltraFlo® technology and third generation performance upgrades, the AB-4523 solar attic fan delivers up to 1925 CFM of airflow in full sun exposure and offers an industry leading LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Option: Thermal Switch
Attic Breeze Gen3 series solar attic fans feature an optional thermal switch control at no additional cost. This switch monitors attic temperature and tells the attic fan to shut down when it falls below a certain range.
